Lemongrass Pork Chops w/ Vermicelli & Basil


  • Pork chops are fully cooked and can be eaten cold or warm. To warm the chops, bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, or simmer in the vacuum bag they are packed in for 10 minutes.
  • Slice pork chops and serve over vermicelli salad. Dress with fish sauce caramel dressing and squeeze a lime wedge over everything.
