PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Beet pakoras are best warmed in a 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes (or until fully heated and re-crisped).
- To serve, spread a bit of minted yogurt on a plate. Top with pakoras, followed by plantain chutney, chili oil and herbs. Serve!
