PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pork option: Braised pork is best warmed in a saucepan over medium low heat, or in the microwave (in a covered microwave safe dish).
- Squash option: Squash is best warmed laid out on a sheet pan and baked in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Pinto beans are best warmed in a saucepan over medium low heat or in the microwave (in a covered microwave safe dish).
- Flatbreads are best warmed laid out on a sheet pan and baked in a 350 degree oven for 3-7 minutes.
- Assemble tacos with labneh (spread on flatbread), pork (or squash), and apricot pico. Garnish with picked herbs and pickled onions, and serve the pinto beans beans on the side.
