Our rendition of a classic Ukrainian dish. Julienned beets, carrots and cabbage cooked in a rich vegan broth with kidney beans, potatoes and piquillo peppers. Served with chopped dill and sour cream. One of the more satisfying soups we make! Vegan except for the sour cream. Available with added cured pork shoulder (braised until tender).
