A Redstart new-classic. Wildly tender chicken, grilled and braised in a combination of all of the peppers we can find at the market. We puree some of the peppers into the sauce with a boatload of herbs and a bit of cream, and leave some of it coarse for textural diversity.. Served with more herbs and fermented carrot hot sauce to finish.
