Japanese Curry w/ Pork

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS: 

  • Curry is best warmed in a saucepan over medium low heat. It does well in the microwave too!
  • Serve with rice if you have it, but this is also great with a piece of bread or on its own.

INGREDIENTS: pork, curry powder, onions, garlic, vegetables, sugar, mirin, tamari, sake, apple, ginger, salt, vegetable stock
