Baharat Chicken Kebab Platter

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Chicken kebabs are fully cooked. They are great served cold, at room temperature, or warm. To serve warm, bake at 350 degrees (partially covered with a bit of tin foil) for about 15-20 minutes or until fully heated.
  • To plate, spread the labneh (strained yogurt) on your serving platter. Top with chicken kebabs. Spoon charmoula (green herb sauce) and harissa oil (spicy red sauce) over the platter. Scatter herbs and radishes, and squeeze a lemon wedge over everything. Serve!
