Beef Stew w/ Lemongrass & Paprika


  • Warm stew in a saucepan over medium low heat. Simmer for a bit to allow the hakurei turnips time warm all the way through! Alternatively, this could be warmed in the microwave for 5-10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  • Divide among serving bowls and garnish with a bit of schug (spicy green sauce). This dish is great served with a piece of bread, or enjoyed on it’s own.

INGREDIENTS: beef shoulder, broth (lemongrass, shiitake mushrooms, paprika, fish sauce, white pepper, salt, sugar, garlic), spices, onions, southwind produce hakurei turnips, schug (cilantro, parsley, lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, cardamom, cumin, coriander, jalapeño)
