Braised Lentils w/ Broccoli Rabe & Feta

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove lid from tray. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes. The top should be a dark golden brown and the casserole should be fully warmed through.

INGREDIENTS: lentils, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, vegetable stock (vegetables, kombu, tomato), wine, broccoli rabe, feta, meyer lemon, olive oil, thyme, aleppo pepper (with toulouse sausage: pork, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, garlic)
