PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bring a large pot of water to a simmer. To warm mac and cheese, drop vacuum sealed bag into simmering water and simmer for about 15 minutes or until fully warmed through.
- Dinner rolls can be warmed in a 350 degree oven for about 2-4 minutes.
- Cauliflower “ribs” can be warmed in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes
- Using tongs, carefully remove the vacuum bag from water. Cut slit in the top and transfer to a serving platter.
- Serve cauliflower ribs with mac and cheese with slaw, dinner rolls, pickles, and as much hot sauce as you’d like.
INGREDIENTS: cauliflower, guajillo bbq sauce (guajillo chilies, tamari, salt, pepper, sambal, smoked hot sauce, spices), slaw (cabbage, chard stems, dill, parsley, radicchio, cider vinegar, garlic, salt, sugar, celery seed), mac and cheese (elbow noodles, cheddar, provolone, milk, flour, butter, salt, hot sauce), union special parker house rolls, smoked hot sauce (fresno chilies, vinegar, salt)
