Chicken “Al Pastor” Skewers w/ Guacatillo

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Chicken skewers are fully cooked! To warm, bake at 350 degrees (partially covered with a bit of tin foil) for about 15-20 minutes or until fully heated.
  • Flour tortillas are best warmed in a 350 degree oven for about 2 minutes.
  • Serve chicken skewers with cabbage, tortillas, guacatillo salsa, raw onion, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges.
