PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chicken parmesan is best warmed on a sheet pan loosely covered with oil in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (until fully warmed).
- Broccolini is best warmed on a sheet pan in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes.
- While chicken and broccolini are warming, bring vodka sauce to a simmer in a saucepan over medium low heat.
- Serve chicken parmesan with vodka sauce, parsley and a squeeze of lemon
