Corned Beef & Cabbage

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Warm corned beef in a frying pan over medium heat. Sear corned beef for about 5 minutes per side, until lightly caramelized and fully warmed. Add a tablespoon of water to the pan (careful to avoid splattering), and steam until water evaporates.
  • Flatbread is best warmed in a 350 degree oven for 3-5 minutes.
  • Serve with green harissa, chopped dill, flatbread and caraway slaw.
