Cumin Braised Pork w/ Whole Grain Flatbreads

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pork is best warmed in the vacuum bag it is packed in in a pot of steadily simmering water for about 7-12 minutes (or until fully warmed)
  • Flatbread is best warmed in a 350 degree oven for 2-4 minutes.
  • Cauliflower is best warmed in a 350 degree oven for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve pork and cauliflower with flatbreads, spicy gremolata (herb garnish) and roasted red pepper sauce.

INGREDIENTS: pork shoulder, cumin, turmeric, ginger, celery, onion, salt, pepper, coriander, cardamom, garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, whole grain flatbreads (flour, ghee, yogurt, salt, sugar, yeast, olive oil), roasted pepper sauce (roasted peppers, olive oil,, sherry vinegar, spices, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, fresno chilies)
