Fried Cauliflower Cutlets w/ Green Goddess Wedge

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bake cauliflower  in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes (or until fully warmed through).
  • Drain water off of radishes. Scatter over wedge. Season salad with parmesan and green goddess dressing. Scatter dill over the salad.
  • Serve wedge with fried cauliflower and a squeeze of lemon.
