Fried Chicken Cutlets w/ Green Goddess Wedge


  • Bake chicken in a 375 degree oven for about 15 minutes (or until fully warmed through).
  • Drain water off of radishes. Scatter over wedge. Season salad with bacon salt (there is probably more than you need, so add with caution), parmesan, and green goddess dressing. Scatter dill over the salad.
  • Serve wedge with fried chicken and a squeeze of lemon.
