PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Toss greens with ginger dressing.
  • Assemble salad on a platter by layering lettuce leaves with radishes (water drained off), croutons, and fried shallots

INGREDIENTS: lettuces, radicchio, ginger, onion, carrot, garlic, radishes, tamari, canola oil, sesame oil, salt, rice vinegar, croutons (bread, olive oil, salt - may contain dairy), nori, fried shallots
