Kale with Feta Buttermilk Dressing

Kale Salad w/ Feta Buttermilk Dressing

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Toss kale with lemon vinaigrette (small container). Ideally, you would let this mixture marinate for thirty minutes or more, but if you’re short on time massaging the dressing into the kale is a quick way to tenderize the leaves.
  • Toss marinated kale with feta dressing.
  • Transfer to a platter and garnish with radishes, bread crumbs and crispy chickpeas. Serve!

INGREDIENTS: green kale, crispy chickpeas (olive oil, chickpeas, salt, pepper), radishes, salt, pepper, feta, buttermilk, cream
