PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bake tray, covered for 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove cover and bake for 10-15 minutes longer.
- Drizzle the spicy buttermilk dressing over the rice. Garnish with gremolata (herb mixture) and squeeze the lime wedges over the dish. Serve.
