PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mushrooms are best warmed in a wide skillet over medium heat, or in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
- Rice is best served at room temperature, or warmed in the microwave (in a covered microwave safe dish).
- Assemble a serving platter with lettuce leaves, mushrooms, rice, chili sauce, peanuts, herbs, cucumbers, and carrots. Assemble lettuce wraps with all of the components included. Eat!
