Mushrooms and Congee with Scallion and Peanut Salsa

Mushrooms & Congee w/ Scallion & Peanut Salsa

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Mushrooms are best warmed in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  • Congee is best warmed in a pot of steadily simmering water in the vacuum bags is packed in. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Carefully remove bag from water, cut open and serve with mushrooms, peanut scallion salsa, chili oil, lime wedges and chopped cilantro.

INGREDIENTS: mushrooms, tamari, sage, olive oil, garlic, ginger, lime, cilantro, scallion, white rice, vegetable stock (vegetables, kombu), mint allergens: Soy, Peanuts
