PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mushrooms are best warmed in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- Congee is best warmed in a pot of steadily simmering water in the vacuum bags is packed in. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove bag from water, cut open and serve with mushrooms, peanut scallion salsa, chili oil, lime wedges and chopped cilantro.
