Pan Roasted Half Chicken w/ Green Goddess Wedge

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bake chicken in a 375 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes (or until fully warmed through).
  • Drain water off of radishes. Scatter over wedge. Season salad with bacon salt (there is probably more than you need, so add with caution), parmesan, and green goddess dressing. Scatter dill over the salad.
  • Serve wedge with roasted chicken chicken and a squeeze of lemon.
