Pork Cutlets w/ Buttermilk Dressing & Eggplant

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pork cutlets are best warmed in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (or until fully heated).
  • To plate, spread the eggplant puree on a platter. Top with pork cutlets and radishes (water drained off). Garnish with dill sprigs and wheat berries. Spoon buttermilk dressing over the platter and serve.
