Rajas & Jack Cheese Tamales


  • Tamales are best warmed in the microwave. Cook them in their corn husks in a covered microwave safe container for about 3-4 minutes on high.
  • If you don't have a microwave, they can also be baked in their corn husks, on a sheet pan at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, warm mole sauce in a saucepan over medium low heat.
  • Unwrap tamales and serve with salsa roja, chopped cilantro, onions, queso fresco, and lime wedges.
