PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Assemble salad on a platter. Gently tear leaves and layer with caesar dressing, croutons, parmesan, and bread crumbs. Start with a layer of lettuces, then a sprinkle of croutons, celery, and parmesan. Drizzle caesar dressing over the salad with a spoon and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the plate. Repeat the process until all of the elements are gone. Serve!
