Roasted Mushrooms & Chickpeas w/ Rice & Peanuts

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bake tray, covered, at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes (until fully warmed)
  • Garnish rice with fish sauce dressing, smoked hot sauce, and peanut “gremolata.” Squeeze a lime over the tray and serve!
