Smoked Brisket w/ Celery & Tomatillo

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Brisket is best warmed in a pot of steadily simmering water in the vacuum bags they are packed in. Simmer for approximately 15 minutes. 
  • Serve with tomatillo salsa and spicy celery salad.
