Summer Tagine

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bake tagine in a 375 degree oven uncovered for 35-45 minutes. Dish should be fully warmed and bubbling around the edges when it’s ready to come out of the oven.
  • Garnish with carrot hot sauce and mixed herbs.

INGREDIENTS: tomatoes, baharat spice, okra, corn, salt, wine, cherry tomatoes, jimmy nardello peppers, shishito peppers, garlic, celery, onions, lemon, cilantro, mint, parsley, carrot hot sauce (carrots, habanero, turmeric, cardamom, vinegar, salt) optional: chicken
