Turkey Meatloaf

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a perfect world this would be pan-fried with a tablespoon or two of olive oil (I think butter is a little too rich for this), for about 3-6 minutes a side (or until fully heated up and pretty well carmelized).
  • In an imperfect world, baking it at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until fully warmed up works. It’s also good eaten cold!


INGREDIENTS: turkey, Union Special sourdough bread, cremini mushrooms, grana padana cheese, parsley, thyme, sage, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, milk, egg, canola oil
