PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Chicken skewers are fully cooked! They are great served cold, at room temperature, or warm. To serve warm, bake at 350 degrees (partially covered with a bit of tin foil) for about 15-20 minutes or until fully heated.
- To plate, first put wilted cabbage on a platter. Top with chicken skewers and lime slices. Drizzle with peanut sauce and chili oil. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and serve.
