PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- The vacuum sealed bag containing barbecue beef is heat safe, and can be microwaved or warmed in a pot of steadily simmering water.
- While the beef is warming, slice buns. Toast in a 475 degree oven for 1-2 minutes. Remove from oven and set top bun to the side.
- Top bottom buns with barbecue beef, half of barbecue sauce (reserving some for a final topping), and cheddar cheese slices. Return open-faced sandwiches to the oven and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Top buns with cabbage and pea shoot slaw mix, and the rest of the barbecue sauce. Place the top bun on the sandwich and serve.
