Braised Lamb Leg w/ Jeweled Rice and Mint Yogurt

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Remove lid from tray. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the tray and cover loosely with foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until lamb is fully warmed through.
  • Remove foil. Scatter golden raisin mixture over the tray and serve with minted yogurt.
