Curried Carrot Soup w/ Chili Oil & Granola

If cooking from frozen: either thaw in fridge overnight (on a sheet pan ideally), or cook straight out of the freezer by running warm water on the outside of the deli quart and then popping the soup straight into a pot to warm!

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Warm in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Ladle into bowls and serve with included garnishes.

INGREDIENTS: carrots, coconut milk, onion, ginger, garlic, spices, olive oil, vegetable stock, salt, brown sugar, lime juice, cilantro, granol (oats, sorghum, olive oil, salt, sugar, spices, buckwheat groats) chili oil (canola oil, chili flake, ginger, garlic, tamari, szechuan peppercorn)
