PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Skewers are fully cooked! They are great served cold, at room temperature, or warm. To serve warm, bake at 350 degrees (partially covered with a bit of tin foil) for about 15-20 minutes or until fully heated.
- Flatbread is best warmed in a 350 degree oven for about 2-5 minutes.
- Serve skewers with flatbread, white kimchi, cucumbers, ssamjang (red chili sauce) and charmoula (green herb sauce). Make little wraps if desired, and be careful not to poke yourself with the skewer.
