Corn and Sungold Casserole with Green Chorizo and Feta

Green Chorizo, Corn, and Sungold Casserole

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Leave covered and bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes. Carefully remove cover and continue baking for 10-15 minutes (or until fully warmed).
  • Toss herbs with lime vinaigrette.
  • Scatter feta and herb salad over the casserole. Serve.
