Green Curry with Sweet Potatoes and Poblano

Green Curry w/ Sweet Potatoes & Poblano

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Warm curry in a saucepan over medium low heat.
  • With Roasted Pork: warm pork in a saucepan over medium low heat (with a tablespoon or two of water).
  • Flatbread can be warmed in a 350 degree oven for 2-4 minutes. Alternatively, it also does well in a microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • Spoon curry into serving vessels (top with roasted pork if you ordered that) and garnish with chilies, radishes (water drained off) herbs and fried shallots. Squeeze a lime wedge over everything and serve with flatbread.
