Guajillo BBQ Glazed Spare Ribs


  • First, take everything out of the fridge. Olive dressing is best served at room temperature.
  • Ribs are fully cooked, and best warmed (loosely covered with foil) in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until fully warmed through
  • Slice racks into one or two rib servings. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with torn olive dressing, roasted spring onions, and herb mix. Serve.

INGREDIENTS: Pork ribs, salt, sugar, spices, barbecue sauce (guajillo chili, worcestershire sauce, sugar, tamari, molasses, cider vinegar, salt, baharat spice), torn olive dressing (castelvetrano olives, olive oil, lemon, parsley, horseradish, cardamom, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper)
