PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Using a wide oven safe skillet or baking sheet (with enough room for both the turkey burgers and the buns), bake burgers at 350 degrees for 14-17 minutes (or until fully warmed).
- Slice buns and toast for 3-5 minutes.
- Assemble turkey burgers by spreading shallot confit on one bun goat cheese dressing on the other. Top bottom bun with burger, herb salad, and the top bun.
- Eat!
