Hot & Sour Soup w/ Pork Belly or Tofu & Toasted Barley

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Warm soup in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a simmer.
  • Ladle into bowls and top with toasted sesame seeds, chili oil, and cilantro. Squeeze a lime over the soup and serve.
