PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Gently tear kale and cabbage leaves and toss with miso dressing. Ideally, you would let this mixture marinate for thirty minutes or more, but if you’re short on time massaging the dressing into the kale is a quick way to tenderize the leaves.
- Toss marinated kale with cucumbers and radishes. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
