PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Warm khao soi broth in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer broth for about five minutes on medium low heat to make sure the protein warms fully.
- Stir in noodles. Use chopsticks or tongs to separate them.
- To serve, use tongs to divide noodles and protein among bowls. Ladle broth into the bowls. Top with chili oil, bean sprouts, herbs, sesame seeds, radishes, and lime.
