Pork Carnitas & Rajas Enchiladas

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bake at 400 degrees (loosely covered with foil) for 35-40 minutes. Remove foil cover and continue baking for about 15 minutes (until lightly browned).
  • Serve with included garnishes.

INGREDIENTS: pork shoulder, roasted peppers, flour tortillas, queso fresco, verde sauce (tomatillo, onion, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper), diced white onion, cilantro, lime wedge ALLERGENS: Dairy, gluten
