Savoy Cabbage Shawarma w/ Gigante Beans

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Vacuum bags are heat safe and are best warmed in a large pot of steadily simmering water. Simmer gigante beans for 10-15 minutes or until fully warmed.
  • Cabbage is best warmed in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes (or until fully warmed).
  • Serve cabbage halves over gigante beans. Garnish with green harissa and a squeeze of lemon.
