Sesame Crusted Cauliflower Cutlets w/ Teriyaki Sauce & Broccolini

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bake cutlets at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes (or until fully warmed).
  • Brown rice and broccolini can either eaten cold, or warmed up in the microwave (in a covered microwave safe dish) for about 2-3 minutes on high.
  • Slice cutlets and serve with brown rice, broccolini, chili oil and teriyaki sauce.
