Spiced Red Lentils w/ Whole Grain Flatbreads

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Lentils are best warmed in a saucepan over medium low heat.
  • Flatbread is best warmed in a 350 degree oven for 2-4 minutes.
  • Serve lentils with flatbreads, spicy gremolata (herb garnish) and roasted red pepper sauce.

INGREDIENTS: lentils, curry leaf, preserved lemon, tomato cumin, turmeric, ginger, celery, onion, salt, pepper, coriander, cardamom, garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar, olive oil, whole grain flatbreads (flour, ghee, yogurt, salt, sugar, yeast, olive oil), roasted pepper sauce (roasted peppers, olive oil,, sherry vinegar, spices, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, fresno chilies)
