Sumac Roasted Chicken w/ Torn Olive Dressing

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Chicken is fully cooked, and best warmed (loosely covered with foil) in a 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes or until fully warmed through
  • Squeeze a lemon wedge over the chicken and serve with torn olive dressing.

INGREDIENTS: chicken, salt, sugar, sumac, coriander, thyme, cayenne pepper, olive dressing (castelvetrano olives, parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon, onion, horseradish, cardamom, salt, aleppo pepper)
