Winter Squash Lasagna w/ Smoked Almonds & Fontina

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

NOTE: We were mis-shipped a few plastic pans this week. If you received a plastic pan – they are not oven safe! Transfer to an oven safe pan and follow instructions below.

  • Bake at 375 degrees (partially covered with foil) for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil cover and continue cooking for 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:

Vegetarian Lasagna: fresh pasta (flour, egg, salt), fontina sauce (milk, cream, fontina cheese, grana padana, flour, butter, salt), onions, sage, garlic, kabocha squash, butternut squash, kuri squash, bell pepper, almonds

Sausage Lasagna: fresh pasta (flour, egg, salt), fontina sauce (milk, cream, fontina cheese, grana padana, flour, butter, salt), onions, sage, garlic, kabocha squash, butternut squash, kuri squash, bell pepper, almonds, fennel rosemary sausage (pork, salt, sugar, chili flake, black pepper, sorghum, rosemary, garlic, fennel seed)
