- Tender chicken braised in a bright roasted pepper sauce. Enchiladas are served with creamy feta and poblano dressing, lime wedges, cilantro, toasted sesame seeds and fermented carrot hot sauce
- Beef Barbacoa
- Shredded beef shoulder cooked overnight in our homemade barbacoa sauce. E nchiladas are served with torn castelvetrano olive dressing, chili oil, mint and lime wedges.
- Refried Bean and Potato
- Mashed potatoes and homemade refried beans topped with roasted poblanos and onions. Enchiladas are served with toasted sesame seeds, smoked hot sauce, chopped cilantro and lime wedges. Vegetarian
